Branch Secretary    -        Ian Sturrock. As secretary, Ian has the main responsibility for communications from the branch, including this website, the newsletter, and setting up recruitment stalls around the University.

Health & Safety Officer - Ian Sturrock. Health & Safety work includes workplace inspections, consultation with the employer on H&S issues, and meeting with staff regarding any H&S issues that might affect their working lives, including any instances of work-related mental health issues, workplace stress, overwork, etc.

Membership Officer -       Zoulika Lamamra

Equality Officer        -        Zoulika Lamamra. Zoulika serves as Teesside University branch equality officer. Her role is to monitor the implementation of equality policies within the institution, and support members on equality matters. Considering that equality ought to be the cornerstone of all organisational practices, the equality officer chief priority is ensuring that marginalised and minoritised groups are treated equitably and empowered to speak up whenever it isn’t the case.
